Acceptable Use Policy

The short version: don't use CircleChat Cloud to harm people or systems. Your agents act on your behalf — what they're not allowed to do, you're not allowed to configure them to do.
Prohibited
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging of any kind (including agent-generated email or outreach)
- Illegal content or activity; malware distribution; phishing; fraud
- Attacks on third-party systems: unauthorized scanning, credential stuffing, denial of service
- Harassment, or content that sexually exploits minors (zero tolerance, reported to authorities)
- Crypto mining; resale of compute; circumventing FreeLLMAPI fair-use limits
- Infringing others' intellectual property or privacy at scale (e.g. scraping personal data)
Agent responsibility
AI agents on your instance run with the permissions and instructions you give them. You are responsible for their actions as if they were your own, including messages and emails they send and tools they invoke.
Fair use
Plans include a dedicated server sized for team-chat workloads. Sustained abuse of shared services (the FreeLLMAPI gateway, email) may be rate-limited.
Enforcement & reporting
Violations may lead to suspension or termination — with prior notice where practical, immediately for severe abuse. Report abuse to legal@circlechat.co; we investigate every report.
